Sentinel Magazine

As the official newsmagazine of Iota Nu Sigma, The Sentinel has become a cornerstone of communication about the chapter. We are proud to have a subscription list of over 2,000 people, including members of Phi Beta Sigma, other members of the Divine Nine, and non-Black Greek affiliates.  The Sentinel is currently the only publication in existence which highlights the accomplishments and interests of professional African American men. The general mailing list includes approximately 1700 names of individuals that are affiliated with the nine predominately African American Greek-lettered organizations.

The publication started as a  4-page newsletter, which has grown to become a full-color magazine, featuring local and nationally known companies in its advertising.  The Sentinel features articles on issues pertinent to the African American community, as well as the Black Greek community. It has become the voice of Iota Nu Sigma, bringing style, substance and a little swagger to Phi Beta Sigma.
